Prana Yoga College is offering an upcoming Yoga and Silence Retreat with shakti mhi from June 24 - June 30 2008 at the breathtaking Sea to Sky Retreat Centre near Whistler.
This springs yoga and silence retreat will be held from June 24 - June 30 at the breathtaking Sea to Sky Retreat Centre near Whistler. For the first 3 days, enjoy yoga and mediation, intermixed with educational seminars and spiritual discourse. The last 4 days will be in silence, combining yoga, meditation and mindfulness with the peace and serenity of the natural environment.
