Mindfulness,
a respect for life, and an appreciation for the value of the moment
are just a few of the values I incurred during Prana's 7 day silent
retreat. Shakti's lectures were inspiring, the food was amazing, and
the location was breathtaking. This retreat was definitely one of
the most beneficial experiences of my life thus far, and I look forward
to incorporating what I have learned as a foundation for a happier,
and more loving way of living. In silence comes realization. Thank
